About Jessika Arman
Jessika Arman was born in the Kingdom of Belgium to a German mother and an American father. She has led a multi-cultural life, as she grew up in the USA (mainly in Sarasota) and in Germany. Jessika has been selling real estate in the Sarasota market since 1998 and offers services in English, German, Spanish and Turkish. Over 70% of her client base is international. She was awarded the “Best in Client Satisfaction” award in 2006 and 2007 by Sarasota Magazine, and holds the following professional designations: CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist); GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute); ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative); TRC (Transnational Referral Certificate); and 1 America, At Home With Diversity. Additionally, she earned a Master of Arts degree in international relations from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Emerson College, Boston. Prior to her career in real estate, she served as an intern at the American Embassy in Berlin, Germany, and at the Discovery Channel in their International Network Operation unit, responsible for launching the Discovery Channel around the globe. She is married to Alfredo Gustavo Valdivia of Peru, and the couple had their first child in July 2007.
